Registering to Vote

To register to vote in North Carolina, you must sign a voter declaration attesting that you are a U.S. Citizen, that you will have been a resident of North Carolina and of Guilford County for 30 days before the election, that you will be at least 18 years old by the next general election and that you are not registered nor will you vote in any other county or state. Please note that, if you have been convicted of a felony, your rights of citizenship must have been restored to be eligible to vote. You can obtain a voter registration form at https://www.ncsbe.gov/Voter-Information/VR-Form or pick one up at Town Hall.
