Historic Preservation Commission

The purpose of the Historic Preservation Commission is to seek ways to promote the restoration and preservation of historical structures within the Town of Oak Ridge. The Commission is responsible for the review and approval of proposed changes to existing structures and for the review and approval of designs for new structures in the district. The Commission meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. at Oak Ridge Town Hall. 

For projects within the Historic District requiring a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA), click HERE for an application.
