Historic Preservation Commission
The purpose of the Historic Preservation Commission is to seek ways to promote the restoration and preservation of historical structures within the Town of Oak Ridge. The Commission is responsible for the review and approval of proposed changes to existing structures and for the review and approval of designs for new structures in the district. The Commission meets in person at Town Hall on the third Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. A majority of the members of the Oak Ridge Town Council may attend the duly scheduled meetings of the statutory boards and appointed committees of the Town of Oak Ridge.
