New Parks & Recreation Facility Reservation System

The Town of Oak Ridge’s Parks & Recreation Department will begin using a new online facility rental registration system effective on Monday, July 1, 2024. We have partnered with MyRec.com to implement its recreation management software system that is directly linked as “Facility Reservations” on our website under the Parks & Recreation tab. This new platform will allow guests to request facility and field rentals as well as the ability to make online credit card payments. 

If you are a first-time user of this platform, you will need to create a household account (see “Create Account”). This step ensures secure management of your account information which will house payment details.

Placing a reservation request for a shelter, athletic field, or amphitheater will be simple. First, consult the online calendar to determine the facility’s availability. Next, click on “Reserve Now” to skip to the facility list page. Select the facility you wish to reserve and hit “Request.” Then simply follow the prompts on the page and click submit. We will then review your request. You will receive an email reply from us requesting either additional information or payment. Your reservation will only be confirmed once payment has been received. If you do not wish to pay online, you may mail in your payment or deliver it in person at Town Hall. We accept cash, check or credit/debit payment.

Keep in mind that you will be receiving email notifications from us at every step of the reservation process. Please be sure to add our email address to your contacts list.
