Upcoming Meeting Information for the Town of Oak Ridge

FOR THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 9, 2026:

A Special Called Town Council Meeting will be held in person on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. in the conference room at Town Hall (please note the time change. The meeting was originally scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.) The purpose of the meeting is for Council to create the annual Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) to determine the proposed timing for future capital projects.

A Special Called Water Advisory Committee meeting will be held in person and virtually on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 1:30pm in the conference room at Town Hall (please note that this meeting will be held in person and virtually which is the only change from the regularly scheduled meeting). The Special Events Committee meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026, has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 10:00am.
