Upcoming Meeting Information for the Town of Oak Ridge

FOR THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 14, 2026:

Town Council will hold a Special Called Meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in person at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room of Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to continue updating the Town's Strategic Plan.

The Conservation Easement Committee will meet in person on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the conference room at Town Hall.

The regular meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission scheduled on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, has been canceled due to there being no new business or agenda items requiring consideration.

The Special Events Committee will meet in person on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the conferece room at Town Hall.

The Parks & Recreation Advisory Board will meet in person and remotely via the Zoom application on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room at Town Hall. To access this meeting enter *Meeting ID 833 4733 9669* and *passcode 407047*.
