Before applying for a building permit for new construction or an addition, a Development Clearance Permit must be issued by the Town of Oak Ridge. Please click on the link below for an application. Completed applications and relevant plans may be submitted via email to Town of Oak Ridge or in person to Oak Ridge Town Hall, 8315 Linville Road.
